Raul Albiol: “Italy is a very serious contender”

Real Madrid Defender and midfielder Raúl Albiol spoke about the status of Favorites Euro-2012 and shared his opinion about the first rival to Italy. 

“Our team likes to be the favorite because it is deserved. It took many years to get this status. 

But the team is aware that everything should work perfectly, as they had in recent years. A talent is not enough to win. 

Italy? This is a very serious contender. They are always competitive on major tournaments. Easily with them, so I can say for sure”, - quoted the player official website of the Spanish Football Federation.
