Goalkeeper of Roma Maarten Stekelenburg spoke about recovering from a shoulder injury, and commented on his possible retirement from the Club.
“I can't understand how come talk about my resignation from Roma. I did the team a year ago, and someone said that I want to leave. This is stupidity. With regard to a shoulder injury, then now I pass all necessary procedures. But doctors still can't say exactly whether I will play Euro-2012. Shoulder problems began back in December, and I continued to play, hoping that all goes. But then the pain intensified”, - said Stekelenburg in an interview with Roma Channel.
