Barcelona and Spain striker David Villa will go not on the European Championship 2012 year, reported the official website of the Spanish Football Federation.
Striker failed to fully recover from a fracture of the tibia of the left foot, received in December at Club World Championship. Villa had previously expressed the hope to be able to go out on the field at the end of April.
It should be reminded that final Spanish squad must be announced not later than 29 May. In the preliminary squad was included 21 footballer.
