Boca Juniors is one of the strongest and most popular Argentine football club from the city of Buenos Aires. Boca has won 18 international tournaments holds the world by this measure, together with the Milan Club. This includes 6 Libertadores Cups and three intercontinental cups. Club 24 times champion of Argentina, which is the second indicator in Argentina after the River Plate. Confrontation with this Club is the Superclássico in Argentine football, and one of the most important Derby in football. 
Boca won the 12-th place in the list of the best clubs of the 20th century by FIFA. The Club is ranked among the top 20 clubs in the world according to the International Federation of football history and statistics, 6 times held the first place in the monthly version of the list, mostly while Carlos Bianchi as coach. Along with Penarol, Boca holds the record for the number of participations in the final of the Libertadores Cup (10 times). 
April 3, 1905, five Italian immigrants gathered in the Plaza SolĂ­s, located in the Centre of La Boca district of Buenos Aires. Esteban Baletto, Alfredo Skarpatti, Santiago Sana, and brothers Juan and Teodoro Farenga founded Boca Juniors (in English it means youth of Boca, at that time, all titles were in English, because English railway workers brought football to Argentina). 
Originally the color of shirts was pink, but soon he changed the black and white stripes. According to legend, in the year 1907 Boca players played with another team with the same colors for the right to use them and lost. Then they decided to choose the Club colours as the colors of the flag of the country whose ship first enters the port of La Boca. Since the boat was from Sweden, the team's colors were blue and gold. The first version of the form is the yellow diagonal stripe, which later became horizontal. 
Boca Juniors played in local leagues and second Amateur League until in 1913 the Club did not hit the big league when it expanded to 15 teams. Boca never left the top League, won the Amateur Championship six times, until in 1931, professional football didn't come to Argentina (the first professional championship was celebrated the success of Boca Juniors). After the introduction of professionalism Boca Juniors won another Championship, conceding 23 for this indicator only River Plate (33). 
Boca Juniors has performed on several fields before settling on Brandsen. Work on the construction of the arena began in 1938; during the construction of the players Boca held their home games at the Ferrocarril Oeste in Kabalito until 1940.
