Arsene Wenger: “I was impressed with the atmosphere at the National Stadium in Warsaw”

Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger spoke of the UEFA Euro-2012 qualifying match between Poland and Greece (1: 1).

“First of all, I was impressed with the atmosphere at the National Stadium in Warsaw. There was a festive atmosphere and large sporting events. Organisers have coped with their responsibilities. The new modern stadium was played an exciting match. 

Poland's great played in the first 20 minutes of the match, was well held the second part of the half, and after the break looked weak. 

I do not think that the coaching staff in the break gave an incorrect installation. However, early in the second half the Poles played too defensive football. They played without due to aggression and mood, too easily allowed the Greeks to score. In General, this match for both teams was like a roller coaster, up and down, despair and hope have succeeded each other.
