AS Roma officially confirmed move the defender of Palermo and Italy's Federico Balzaretti to the Club of Rome.
According to the Italian press, 30-year-old footballer has successfully passed medical examination and had spent his first training session as part of a team of Zdenek Zeman.
Shuttle service in Rome was Balzaretti € 4.5 million. Football player signed with the capital Club three years agreement, which expires June 30, 2015 onwards.
It should be noted that the services of defence counsel were also interested and other Italian clubs - Napoli, Juventus and Lazio.
