Alessandro Del Piero's agent has confirmed that the veteran striker could be set for a summer move away from Juventus. Paris-Saint-Germain and Arsenal have been reportedly tracking the 37-year-old veteran forward.
But Del Piero's brother and agent Stefano is adamant that the Italian legend is unlikely to make a decision in the near future, despite firm interest from abroad. And former teammate Mohammed Sissoko, who plays his trade for the French giants revealed that he would like the club's Qatari owners to buy the experienced player at the end of the current campaign.
"There is no news at the moment but all the doors are open for a move away from Turin. Stefano Del Piero also maintained they are miles away from signing a new deal with a new club, although he hinted that the player's stay in Serie A is likely to come to an end at the end of the season.
"There are no restrictions from our part. It all depends on what type of project a club has and what is exactly behind the proposal and the kind of football which would attract Alex, but the main interest is the project." "I think that after 20 years with Juventus and having given his availability to the club to sign a new deal since last February, it is now very difficult to remain in Italy. "We are not close to anything, but I think it will be hard to remain in Serie A."
