Liverpool started talks with Captain Steven Gerrard on the extension of the term of the contract.
The current agreement with the Englishman's early will expire in the summer of 2015, but the player said he did not intend to end the career of a player. Liverpool is going to offer Gerrard to extend the current contract for one season until the summer of 2016.
