Defender of FC Barcelona Dani Alves made an apology to his Turkish fans for a photo in which he asks to recognize the genocide of Armenians in the Ottoman Empire.
“I want to ask an apology from my Turkish fans. I could not have imagined that this photo will offend someone. I'm always for peace and tranquility. I do not want to hurt the people who also appreciate the peace” - wrote Alves on his Twitter page.
