Spanish Tax Agency is planning to seek a legal action towards the midfielder of FC Barcelona Javier Mascherano. The Argentinian footballer did not declare € 1,5 million after-profits from the sale of the commercial rights towards his image in 2011 and 2012.
Mascherano, after consulting with lawyers, has already paid that amount, as well as € 200 thousand, as a penalty. But the tax service agents still want to case a complaint for two other cases of evasion. Because of which the midfielder will face a minimum penalty.
