Sampdoria’s President Riccardo Garrone has died in Italy at the 77-year life, according to the Italian press. Honorary President and Chief Executive of the Italian oil company ERG, owned by his family, was bought off in series in the Genoa Club in 2002, Enrico Mantovani. The last successful Sampdoria Garrone has become the new return the team to Serie a following last season.
About who will succeed him as Club President Garrone, has not been revealed.
