Arsenal’s coach Arsene Wenger said he continues to count on striker Lukas Podolski.
"Everything is very simple. We're not going to sell Podolski at the moment. I hasten to say that all of these transfer rumours are not true. I look forward to the whole team, we want to succeed, and Lukas is in my plans," – said Wenger.
In the current season, Podolski took part in three matches for Arsenal in the Premier League and never scored.
