The former defender of AC Milan and the Italian international Alessandro Nesta decided to resume his playing career and signed a contract until the end of the season with an Indian club Chennai. 38-year-old Italian is intended to replace a part of an extended period of retired defender John Mendoza. It is noteworthy that the head coach is a former partner of Nesta, Italian national team’s defender Marco Materazzi. The nowadays team there are such known in European football players as: Elano, Mikael Silvestre and Eric Djemba-Djemba. It is possible that Nesta will appear on the field already on 5 of December.
Nesta’s last team was MLS (Montreal Impact) in October 2013 The defender announced about his retirement.
