The Spanish and Malaga midfielder 27-year-old Santi Cazorla successfully passed the medical examination in London's Arsenal, which currently holds its taxes in Germany.
Spanish playmaker has signed with the Gunners four-year agreement, and it transfers cost € 16 million in the Club.
Thus, Cazorla will be the third major acquisition in the offseason, the Londoners after buying forwards Olivier Giroud and Lukas Podolski.
It is expected that the Spaniard will play the Gunners 11 August in a friendly match against Cologne.
