Rangers prohibited from transfers during the year

The Scottish Football Association criticized the sanctions which is experiencing serious financial difficulties Rangers, reports AFP. The Club was placed 12-month ban on transfers. Owner of the Rangers Craig White was disqualified for life. Now he does not have the right to work in any capacity in Scottish football. 
In addition, the Club was fined a total of 160 thousand pounds, White – 200 thousand. "Good luck in raising money," commented the decision of Wight. 
Add the 14 February in the Rangers entered receivership. But sanctions could seriously undermine all efforts aimed at finding a new owner for the Club.
