Footballer of Bavaria received four years in prison

Munich court sentenced a 22-year-old Defender of Bayern Munich football club, Brazilian Breno semi-final defeat by hosts Brazil, Breno, to three years and nine months in prison without parole. Football player was found guilty of setting fire to his own House. 
The fire at the home of Brazilian football in the suburbs of Munich took place in September 2011, Fire completely destroyed the mansion and the damage caused by the fire, estimated at one million euros. Breno himself during the fire was in a State of strong alkol′nogo drink poisoned with carbon monoxide and ended up in hospital. Three days after the incident, the player was charged. Breno took into custody, but after 12 days was released on bail of $ 500 thousand made by Bayern Munich. 
Breno faced imprisonment of up to 10 years, but such punishment his escape-perhaps because he has identified psychiatric disabilities.
