Chelsea Manager Roberto Di Matteo has confirmed that the London Club agreed to purchase 20-year-old Brazilian attacking midfielder of Inter Oscar.
“I can tell you that he's not a player of Chelsea. It is difficult for me to talk about a player who does not belong to us. I know about the rumors about this player, and if there is something specific, we will announce everything officially. All I can say is: Oscar is a young and talented player,” – Said Di Matteo.
